Please see UPS shipping map online for your destination or email us with questions. NOTE: Due to the nature of our handmade products, larger orders may take longer to prepare. Most orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days. Please take in to account that the shipping time does not include our preparation time.
Delivery Options & Deadlines
We ship exclusively with UPS and transit times vary depending on destination. Standard deliveries are only made on weekdays.
Standard delivery via ground service takes 1-6 business days. If you wish, 2 Day (delivery within 2 business days), Next Day (delivery within one business day) Air Service, and Saturday Shipping are available for an additional charge. Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will not ship until the next business day.
Saturday Shipping Policy
Saturday delivery is intended for residential addresses. You may choose this option for delivery at a place of business only if you are certain that the business will be open. Please include the name of the business in the address. Unfortunately, this option is not available for hospitals, as most will not process deliveries on a Saturday. Note: You must call us to arrange for Saturday delivery. The cost is $27.50 in addition to standard ground shipping.
Summer Shipping Policy
For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months, we must ship orders via the following methods to prevent chocolates from melting in transit:
April 23 - September 15
To ensure safe delivery, Ground Service and Next Day Air orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. To prevent your chocolates from sitting on a truck over the weekend and melting, orders are not shipped out on Fridays.
U.S. Next Day Air - add $19.50* to regular shipping
Midwest & Northern states (AK, CO, DC, DE, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY)

*Please note that UPS does not guarantee timely Standard (Ground) Delivery between December 12 and December 24 (you may want to allow an extra day or two just to be safe!).
Special Handling
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we take special care to make certain they arrive to you in perfect condition. We pack each box with special insulation and gel ice, as needed, to ensure the safe arrival of your chocolates.
Shipping rates and methods vary by time of year. During summer shipping months, we take extra precautions and ship via Next Day Air, as needed. There is an extra charge of $19.50 (Next Day Air) added to your standard shipping cost.
For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only — to prevent your chocolates from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure their safe delivery. Orders shipped via UPS Ground to New England may be sent on Thursday, as well as orders shipped via UPS Next Day Air.
Sales Tax
Local and state sales tax is charged on orders (both on merchandise and shipping charges) being shipped to addresses in the state of New York and Colorado. These tax rates vary by city and county. For specific amounts, please email.
Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.
Deliveries are only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. We may choose not to ship an order over the weekend so your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition upon receipt.
